PokerEH.com was started in the summer of 2005 by a group of poker players from Ontario. "We used to travel down to Port Perry Ontario as a group to play in their bi-monthly tournaments, and the only way we knew about them was through a friend. We had to find the next tournament by asking them while we were registering, and there was no way for anyone to know about this tournament, or others like it. We decided to start a website designed for Canadian poker players who need all the information on upcoming Canadian poker tournaments and events.

The thing that makes PokerEH.com great is the fact that it is interactive. We always listen to peoples Comments on our site, and take pride in making the site better for our fellow Canadians. A lot of the information we receive on the poker rooms across Canada is from players, so if you have any updated information on anything related to poker, please contact us, and we will update the site.

This site requires a lot of work to keep up date, with more and more tournaments being ran throughout Canada. We have one full time employee, and three part time employees to keep the site up-to-date. We keep the site going exclusively through advertising, with sponsors paying us to advertise their poker rooms. If you would like to support us, please visit our Online Poker Room area and play poker at any of our sponsor's poker rooms. The revenue generated goes into hosting charges, which can get pricey with a website of this size.

Keep up the good work, and we will soon see more and bigger events in Canada, like the WPT North American Poker Championship in Niagara Falls, Ontario, the largest poker event in the history of Canada!
