In order for CPT points to accumulate, Player Registration Forms must be filled out legibly and completely and sent to the administrative offices at Fifth Street Publishers Ltd. or, Player Registration Forms can be filled out at any CPT event. A downloadable version is available here that can be faxed to 604-574-3837.

Registration is only needed once for the 2007/2008 Season IV. Once you are registered, you will accumulate points for the entire Season. If you finished in the money at a previous CPT event and did not register, those points cannot be used towards the Season IV total.
