The Great Canadian Freezeout!

Cash Casino in Calgary, Alberta is hosting a 5 day poker event at the end of February! The event starts with a $500 buy in No limit holdem tournament on the 27th, and then the real game begins! February 28th- March 1st is a $700 buy in No Limit holdem event with an total prize pool over $400,000. Up to 198 players can play each day. The top 18 players each day will play in the finals on the 2nd of March, for a total of 54 player entering the final day.

Canadian Open Poker Championship

Deerfoot Inn & Casino is the home to the Canadian Poker Championship. This series of tournament will take place between March 5th and march 9th, with the major tournament taking place on March 6th. This will be a heads up event, with a maximum of 128 players, and a $350 entry fee.

• March 6th: 12:00 PM: Main Event Heads up No Limit Holdem: $4650+$350

This is a big boy tournament taking place at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The main event is a $3,000 buy in NL Holdem event. Satellites run fron July 4th through the 12th, and are $350 single table winner take all.
